    Thanks so much for asking!!
    I had a rotator cuff problem in my shoulder so I'm wearing a huge sling for 45 days!!
    I can't go out or do anything so life is a little bit dull!! Lol
    As I told u, I took my food to hospital n I followed the diet!
    I am below my target weight now but have postponed Phase 3 as I'm not using too many calories!
    So the bread n pasta can wait though I might start to have an apple or two per week!

    lol I have the same problems with my shoulder too bloody painful......and I have straps for my wrists but never put them on bed now. Mines work related and old age....dont like to admit it too, but think Ill have to wear them for typing again . Fantastic focus on sticking to Dukan when in hospital. Keep posting xxx

    U are absolutely right about focusing on my weight not my clothes!!! But .... U can't see a weight loss in a track suit!!! Lol

    I'm almost one kg under my target weight n celebrated this morning with an apple, my first piece of fruit since I started in October !! I'd almost forgotten what an Apple tasted like!!! It was wonderful !!!

    Hi Scooter,
    Thanks for that - I did have the advantage of having a fridge in my room!!
    Now on a sort of Consolidation - am having 3 apples per week and that is my only addition - I'm scared to be honest to start eating bread etc - I'm all strapped up - even my hands have splints on them!!
    Consequently, I spend my days reading n have a daily 10 minute walk without much activity!
    I'm one kilo below my target, but still scared!!
    Any advice for me would be welcome.....or from anybody else?
