I'm gaining weight on a daily basis since I started taking anti biotics! I have gained a kilo!!
Has anyone else had a similar experience ?

Hi sun, yes I did when I was on them for the week, don't know how much I gained, but it def made a difference. persevere hun, it'll come right in the end.
I've just been prescribed a weeks antibiotics and am reluctant to take now :( suppose I better!
Antibiotics dont make u put on weight, its the food u put in your mouth that does!

It might make you retain a little more water than usual, but rest assured as soon as the course is over it will come off straight away

good for you, no one said the antibiotics put weight on, only that it has an effect on the weight loss...........it definately did for me.

I'm having soo much pain in my thumb joints that I'm going to see the Doc!!
I drink loads of water but am wondering if the PP/PV has anything to do with it as I am consuming a lot of protein!
Has anyone else suffered joint pain?
You were right about the antibiotics -I did lose weight again once I stopped taking them -in fact I never finished the course as they gave me side effects!
I'd love some comments though on my joint pain! For once in my life I'm scared!

aw hunni, it could just be the weather and a touch of arthritis. i suffer in my right hand little finger, comes and goes depending on what I have been doing and the cold.
I've been doing the diet since June but can't say I have noticed anything different. I'm sure the doc will be able to help. have you tried googling?
I have only ever felt slimmer, never any pain in my joints. :)

Found out that I had a huge toxin allergy to the antibiotic !
Going to have an op on my shoulder on Friday! Can u believe that I'm actually taking all my own food n oatbran into hospital ????
Been on the diet for 3 months now-still have 2 kg to lose!!
Maybe by the time I come out I will be able to start Phase 3!!
That would be wonderful !! I can't wait to eat my first piece of toast.... But alas no marmalade ??
Have had my op -stayed 5 days in hospital and stuck to my diet the whole time!
Can't wait to weigh myself tomorrow !!
