Shouldnt really be eating Mullers to be honest but alot of people do. If the nutritional content of the Aldi yogurts are the same or less than Mullers then fill your boots!

Hi Zoeastar!" I've just looked on the Muller site and it looks like the nutritional value is higher but I think I might be reading it wrong![]()

I use the aldi ones, but only in baking my muffin loaf. They are quite high in sugars but as mentioned in the book, you can have two a day of the muller type....but not fruity bit ones. Stick to vanilla, toffee, almond.
