Quick Egg Pudding.
I decided to experiment, which for me and recipes is a no no usually. Quite liked the outcome of this, so am sharing.
¼ Tub Quark
2 Tbs Skim Milk Powder
Sweetner to taste
Flavour of choice
Mix it all really really well, either in a Mug / Bowl / Tub. Up to you.
Microwave for a minute at a time and check to see if cooked.
I've just had it hot with rhubarb and a shake of ginger. But yesterday I left it to go cold and ate it with greek yog. Both very nice. it has a strange almost rubbery texture, but its very solid and tasty.
