    Its my time

    Today I am doing 100% ts as I'm sick of being this way and feeling down! I lost 6lb since last week and that was with eating bit of crap and that motivated me to be strict now! Thanks for reading

    Thanks working nights don't work I'm going to have a coke zero everyday to stick to ts as a treat

    Zazu, I work shifts too, and couldn't not have coke zero sometimes to keep me going.
    Just do as much as you can, as often as you can.. and you will get there.
