Hi everyone,
Well, just like most of you I guess, I've tried most diets out there even the cabbage soup one (trust me, it's not pleasant for my hubby and colleagues lol). The best so far was Cambridge back in 2009 and I had managed to loose 3 stones. Then I decided to quit smoking and I started working from home... And all the weight creeped back on times 2...
It's going to be my hubby and I 10th anniversary in May and I want to be able to fit in my wedding dress again to renew our vows... And then we are going to Egypt for 2 weeks at the end of June and I want to be able to be on pictures without having to worry about how I will look and try to hide myself... And wear a bikini again! OMG, that would be so nice!
Anyway, my goal is to lose 7 stones and, although I'm pretty sure it won't be possible by then, I want to drop 4 sizes at least... Well I hope to...
From what I can read, Exante seems a lot easier to stick to and the various "food" seems good. My husband and I are both doing it together so it should also help and we are starting on Monday. But I will still have to cook for my 9 year old ?
But hey, I'm positive and I'll stick to it all the way until I hit my goal!
