    Working solution and weight losses

    Anyone doing working solution can you tell me if weight losses are still good and did you exercise as well. Thinking of starting swimming and lots of walking has just been diagnosed with arthritis in knees and other joints. So can't do strenuous work outs. Thank you x. ​
    Mon 15th April 2013 (starting weight 13.8)
    Wk 1 Mon 22nd April -10lb. (Weight 12.12)
    Wk 2 Mon 29th April -2lb. (Weight 12.10)
    Wk 3 Mon 6th May +4 weight 13.0 (totally off plan, on holiday.)
    Wk 4 Mon 13th May -6 weight 12.8 (total -14 )
    wk 5 Mon 20th May -2 weight 12.6 ( total -16)

    Hi dolly I do WS. My 6 week WI is Monday and so far I have lost 12lb. I have 16 lb left to lose to hit goal so I am hoping 2 months will do it. I have had the odd blip during that time but mainly been good. I have not done a lot of exercise but am building it up now with walking and fitness DVDs. X
