    Bouillon

    I know this isn't strictly allowed... but i've had some bouillon today, i had two servings (2 teaspoons)... is this likely to knock me out of ketosis?

    Week 2 loss (17th Feb): 6.2lbs (total 23.8lbs - this week was a bit of a fail too!).

    I actually thought Marigold Bouillon was allowed on TS I was going to buy some tomorrow. I am not sure now. I was sure I read it somewhere. If anyone knows please let me know x

    Phew, I bought some on Monday and have had one mug a day since. Sort of feels like you're having soup, so is pretty good if you're feeling hungry I think x
    In September 2013 I weighed 14st2 which is the heaviest I've been. I joined SW in November weighing 13st13. I was doing alright, but then I discovered exante, which I started at 12st9. Best decision I've made in a long time!

    That's how I do it, I think it has the instructions on the tub and I'm pretty sure it's 1tsp (it's at the office so I can't check). It's quite salty though so could maybe water it down a bit more depending on your taste

    I got it with my delivery from tesco thank u! I didn't realise it was meant to be used as a drink too! I thought it was literally stock and dieters just used it haha so there were instructions thanks! It was yummmmmmy!!

    Mmm it is good isn't it. Almost like soup...I much prefer it to the exante one anyway. Might try adding it to the veg soup and see what happens
