With Exante recommending you add 201 calories to your daily intake every four weeks, I was wondering what people like to do with those calories?

I'm in the midst of my first +201 week right now and I'm sticking with chicken and beef so as to not add any carbs to my diet. My gf is preferring salad with a little bit of low calorie cheese since you get a huge plate of food.

What do you do with your +201 week?
