    when to do a Weigh in?

    If I started on a Tuesday, would I do the WI on Monday night or Tuesday morning? Thanks!

    It's really up to you, but I started on a Monday, so weigh myself Monday mornings.
    Goal 1. Lose 1 Stone Done Goal 9. Lose 50 pounds Done
    Goal 2. Get into next stones down Done Goal 10. Lose 4 stone Done
    Goal 3. Lose a stone and a half Done Goal 11. Get into 14s ​Done
    Goal 4. Lose 2 stone Done Goal 12. Lose 4.5 stone Done
    Goal 5. Get into new jeans just brought - not tried yet! Done Goal 13. Lose 5 stone ​Done
    Goal 6. Lose 2 and a half stone.Done Goal 14. Not be classified obese Done
    Goal 7. Lose 3 stone Done Goal 15. Get into the 12s Done
    Goal 8. Lose 3.5 stone Done Goal 16 12.5 stones by moving to JUDDD

    Personally I would weigh on Tuesday morning.
    I have no idea if it's true or not but I've previously been told we can weigh heavier as the day goes on so weighing in the evening could give a higher number and so it's best to weigh first thing before eating/drinking and preferably after going to the loo. If you weighed yourself on Tuesday morning just gone then try weigh yourself next Tuesday at around the same time.
