Changed from TS to TS Plus and gained weight!
Weekends are a struggle, and I was determined not to blow it this weekend so allowed myself TS Plus rations - just a bit of lean chicken and broccoli in my carbonara, and have gained a pound! Very frustrating. This happened to anyone else?

Don't worry! Don't weigh yourself every day either. Your weight can fluctuate by a few lbs every day!
