Heya Denise, i have started c25k 3 times and for different reasons given up before even starting wk3

, on friday i tried wk 2 again and not sure if it was the heat or just my fitness has dropped so much that i couldnt complete it. So this afternoon i am gonna try wk d1 again and try again. Its 8 weeks til my birthday and i would love to be so close to completing this. I use a treadmill at home to walk/jog on.
I am following weight watchers pro-points plan and so far have lost 4 stone and need about another 2 to get to goal. Would love to join u on this and hopefully the thought that i would not only be letting myself down but u as well if i dont complete it will give me the kick up the arse that i need.
