    I wasn't going to join in as I can't say how many hours/miles I'm going to do as I'm going to do several different things like walk,bike,hula hoop,kettlebells so it all relies on the weather.
    I would like to fit in 60 miles walking,15 hours exercising,40 miles on bike.I'll go with that and see how I go.

    I'm in a similar position to Cavegirl - I don't really know how many hours but these are my goals:

    Personal training - every Monday, Wednesday and Friday
    5km run/sprints - every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday
    30 day Shred/spinning/step (on the days when I have no PT)

    Sundays are my rest days.

    My aim is to burn at least 7000 calories a week through exercise.

    I will join in... I'm hoping to do at least 30/40 miles a week on my bike... Just need to find a place around here with no blasted hills lol
