    Is anybody / has anybody done this? I've just got the DVD through today!

    RawrGirl's Weight Loss Goal: <135 (Dec 21, 2012): ***129*** -- DONE!!!

    Maintained for about a year and a half, then gained who knows how much over this past summer. Refuse to get on the scale, but am guessing around 150lb.


    RawrGirl's first mini-goal: Get under 31 inch waist and out of 150's

    RawrGirl's second mini-goal: Get under 30 inch waist and out of 140's

    RawrGirl's Christmas Goal: Get to 29 inch waist and out of 130's

    I did it last night, and boy do I feel it today!! I don't think I could do it for 30 consecutive days! I'm going to alternate between a day at the gym and doing this! Doing a 45 min session at the gym today was like heaven compared to that!

    Even Jillian mentioned in an interview that you should give your body a day's rest in-between weight lifting session but that it was a promotional thing for the video.
