    Can't beleive I've only just found this thread - love the positive mental attitude you all have.

    I've been yo-yoing for about 8 years now. I promised myself I would be at target by my 24th birthday. I am now 3 months away from my 25th birthday and probably the heaviest I've been in 2 years.
    I really want to get off the yo-yo wagon, and get on one that has decent wheels! LOL

    Can I join you guys, you really sound like peeps who can give me the moral support I need (yes every pound does count!) currently just under 180lbs. My 'happy' weight is 162lbs and my 'dream' weight would be 152lbs

    I use to do dieting but reached 50 this year and decided at my age and years of trying I'd had enough.So decided to just eat fruit during the day and have a cooked meal at night.So far it is working with the 45 mins exercise and my daily walk.

    well considering its weigh day tomorrow I haven't stopped eating!!! why do I just have to eat everything the day before weigh day??? I used to be really good the few days before WI, now I just want to eat more. I have a feeling I will gain now

    I'm late posting today!! Well, a week of a nasty virus, well and truely scuppered me!! In a week I have gained 5lbs!!! What shall I blame ?? The germs, the delightful medicines and potions, the feeling sorry for myself food treats, the TWO pizzas I guzzled??? No I blame me....just me.....

    Well I am not one to dwell with the bad vibes and negativity.....time to shake it up, and off I go again...... So I am 197 lbs......but not for long.....watch this space......

    Jan Challenge .... I'm walking from Philadelphia to Washington D.C !!! That's 142 miles !!! DONE !!!
    Feb Challenge .... At least 20+miles per week AND 3 sessions of RWR (run walk run walk training !!) DONE !!!
    Mar Challenge ... 5 RWR sessions per week AND it's time for CARDIO and Weights !! DONE !!!
    April Challenge ... 20 miles + per week ( crazy busy month April so I'm going to try to keep up with the walking !! DONE !!! May Challenge .... To lose 4 lbs !!!

    Hello Everybody??? Sending out a big wave !! Back on track after a good week and I lost 4 lbs of the 5 I put on the week before. I think I seem to be hovering around getting down or past that blinking 191 mark, as that would mean 70 lbs gone forever.
    But, Diva is not a dreamer ( well tries not to tooo much!!) she is a doer !! Hehe !! Soooo, another week begins and I feel happier now I am 193 ( again) as I'm on my way again!!!

    Ok last couple of days I lost it.Haven't fitted in any exercise and didn't eat to good.Been out a lot so hubby has wanted to eat out.

    Today is a new start hubby away till friday so I can eat and do what I want when I'm not at work.

    Gained this week.Now 10 5 3/4.But it's ok I will lose the extra by next Monday.
