A greek diet

I recently came back from Greece and dreaded weighing myself when I came home ( because I drank to much alcohol which I don't normally do) I was surprisingly shocked to see I had lost just under a stone , I believe that this is because I ate lots of fish potatoes bread I did not deprive myself of anything trust me but it's the fact that it's fresh the way it's cooked healthy fats and realised that my years of dieting I have been doing it all wrong !
So my "holiday pledge " ( like a new years resolution but when u come back from holiday am I the only person that does this ?) was to start making EVERTHING from scratch pasta sauces dips etc , I have no changed my diet in any drastic way I'm still having pizza on a Saturday night , (pizza hut 1000 cals homemade 400 cals) and have now lost over a stone , I wanted to keep a online diary and to meet new people there's nothing like having someone there when you want to curb the crisps is there :)
Here's yesterdays entry

Breakfast
1 med banana 2 mini babybell
Lunch
Passion fruit & peach shaker ( marks & spencer)

Food wise that's all I ate but I was dragged out by the girls and probably consumed enough alcohol in calories to not eat for a week !

Well tbh today was a totally s**t day but :D I'm fine about it because why shall I beat myself up I was hungover you only live once YOLO hahahahahaha

2 pieces of toast with butter ( to soak up the alcohol )
Aero & a packet of plain crisps

It get worse I went to the chinese :0
1 portion of soft noodles
3 steamed dim sums

WOOPS

1233 cal I no its not massive amounts but it was the wrong type of foods wasn't it !

Today's food so far :)

Breakfast :
Crunchy but with full fat milk ( milk is full of vitamins & vitamins are enter absorbed in fat so ditch the skimmed milk girls )
300 cals

Lunch
1tin of Heinz baked beans
2 pieces of very thin brown toast I work this out at 558 cals :/ is this right ?!


Let you no my tea later as I have no idea xxx
 
Diary for yesterday :)

Breakfast :
30g crunchy nut & skimmed milk

Lunch
Pitta bread & olives with olive oil & vinegar
Low fat lemon pea & king prawn risotto

Dinner
Steak with 2 tbsp on Diana sauce
Carrots broccoli & cauliflower

2 glasses of champagne (whoops) & 4 cups of water

1350 cals

Tryin to lay of the scales as been going on them every morning so want to try and just weigh my self on a Friday , going for a nice walk long walk today :) will check in later

Today I havent eaten much don't no why because I havnt really been busy :/ decided I'm going to join spinning classes today anyway crack on with my food diary

Breakfast / lunch :
2 poached eggs on 2 thin pieces of brown toast

Snack :
5 tuc biscuits & cottage cheese

Dinner : spatchcock chicken with sweet potato chips & salad

Snack :
Strawberry & cherrys

760 cals

No excersise today naughty !


I had a sneaky peak on the scales today , and I'm down 4lbs but as you may be able to tell by my none diary entry for Friday I had a binge and the scales said I had gained 4 lbs so I have lost but only what I gained :p I have 4 days till weigh in so I'm not to worried because I'm doing so well with my will power ATM , also I don't regret my binge I think 1ce in a while it's good to have it makes you realise it's not worth it and gets the craving out of your system to

2 boiled eggs & 2 small pieces of toast with clover

Dinner grilled chicken with herbs & tortilla with sweet potato and spinach

Snacks 1 slice of home
3 mini mini popodoms
Oat cakes and hummus

Cal intake 1300

Went for a brisk walk & did 60 sit ups
And burnt of 105 cals so total of
1195 :D

Another brilliant day night all x

Smidge of clover

1 boiled egg
3 tbsp full fat soft cheese

TOTAL 784 cals

Not a bad day considering I was hungover hahaha , didn't join the gym due to roughness tomorrow I promise you haha !

Just wanted to write some points down here of why I want to lose weight so I can look at them when I'm feeling down

Healthy life
To be able to start a family one day
To feel confident in whatever I wear
To be the "fit" friend & not the "fat" one
To be able to wear what I want
Look into plus size modelling ( target is between 12/14 ) which is classed as plus size :I
To laugh in people's faces who always brought me down
To be able to pinch friends clothes like all my other girls
To not have to feel guilty if I eat a choccie bar
To be able to walk gracefully
To get confidence in the bedroom ;)
To give my boyfriend back the happy person he ment
To shred the weight I gained at my hard time in my life will be like saying good bye to my problem
