hi, not sure what I am doing or if I am using the forum correctly, its all a bit daunting honestly, but reading other diaries is cool and it's great to have a safe place to offload thoughts and diarise the journey and the food i am eating....
starting from a size 14 today, I dont know what I weigh, but I am biting the bullet and doing it tomorrow as soon as the digital scales arrive. Want to get back to a size 10 and circa 8stone 6lbs.
not following a set diet yet, just trying to keep it healthy (ish) but ordered Clean and Lean, should arrive tomorrow, to give me a head start.
breakfast: banana, black coffee x2, water
snack: handful of brazil nuts
lunch: chicken breast, with green veggies and salad leafs and 1tbs of oil based dressing
snack: funsize maltesers and a babybel
dinner: 1 egg and 2 egg white omelette with black pepper & chives and 1 slice of soya and linseed bread
Tons of water all day
feel a bit headachy and hungry as just got back from hols and been eating and drinking for England for 10 days! but feel positive and know i have to stick to it, cant bear the weight creeping up any further.
