I'm back on the herbalife plan as off 2day. Been messing around past 6 months & getting nowhere fast! I know herbalife is about making positive changes to my diet whilst also living a healthy active lifestyle, so here I am starting my 90 day challenge 2 get 2 my level 10 which at the moment is 12st 5lbs ovcourse once I reach this weight my level 10 will change again. As 12st 5lbs will b the lightest iv even known myself 2 b I thought that this would b my first goal
Iv basically came 2 the conclusion, I either want this or I don't! I'm either willing to put in the effort 2 make lasting changes or I'm not! I can have results or excuses but I can't have both - I'm taking away the excuses & being honest with myself after all I'm the only one in control of my body & the way I feel and I'm done with 'giving up' & feeling sorry for myself.
I'll add in as many photos off shakes, snacks & meals as poss!....I hope to be an inspiration to someone one day & I hope u enjoy reading my diary
