Hi Lozzie, Welcome to the forum... or is that a bit late?! ..

I can imagine that it must be very difficult fitting in a new menu with a baby and partner to look after as well but I must say that I found what I didn't buy ..and eat..re choc, cakes and biscuits and the like more or less compensated for the cost of the fruit etc.
I try to pick up those things that are on the bargain bays.. bananas can be just as nutritous if they are being sold off at reduced prices.

Hope you find a way to keep things going..it will be so worth it in the end.

Haha thanks for the warm welcome i no what your saying about the cost of sweets and things can contribute but... As my partner still likes his sweets and treats its like paying double and hes not overweight at all he can eat a whole lot more than me and still have an amasing body then you get me.. One of the people that eat a square of chocci and pile on a pound from it lifes so not fair at times! Im swapping and going to my green grocers instead of supermarket stores, aswell as being fresh its also alot cheaper plus he doea budget bags so il get a whole load of fruit and veg for alot less than buying it all at normal retail price! I so hope it all pays of! My plan is to start doing a exercise routine that ive found on youtube, as of monday im going to atleast try it 3 times a day at 10 minutes a time xx

How about Slimming World, On the 'Green Day Plan' meals can be really cheap as they consist of potatoes, rice, pasta and pulses.... I've had some great losses following the green plan, you can also mix the plans up to suit what you fancy eating on that day....

You don't need to go to group a lot of people get the info they need from this site, or can be worth going to group for one week to get books and that's it, your gp can also get you free Membership, I think it's for 3 month...x
