    Arrow Need to stop eating Christmas treats!

    Made conscious decision today to stop eating as though it's Christmas. I've binned crisps, nuts and cheeses that remained uneaten! Made a boiled egg, baked beans and a toasted brown roll for breakfast, celery soup, then jacket potato with 30g cheese for lunch. Had a good day even though I'm stuck in the house following an operation. Just need to create something filling but tasty for tea then might get in bed to stop myself opening a bottle of wine!!

    Yes well done for getting rid of the treats if they are there at some point you will start thinking about them. I made sure my other half ate all the remaining Christmas treats here's to a wonderful weight loss in 2014 for us all
