Not doing too well at recording my food but it's so samey, maybe that's part of the problem!

Skimmed milk in tea during the day

Pork loin

I've tried not to scale hop quite so much this week so hope they show a loss tomorrow!

Yes, must admit, I try to have something new once a week, otherwise I get bored. At least with SW you can eat a wide variety of things. Fingers crossed for tomorrow! :) xx
