    Going it alone....again!!

    Hiya all,
    Been a lurker for a couple of months so thought I'd join and start posting. I've not actually joined slimming world but follow plan myself from borrowed books and looking online.
    I did green/red about 6 yrs ago after having 4 children and I lost over 2.5-3 stones, sadly tho I very gradually put it all back on. Got to the point I had to do something about it again so I got into the zone and read up about EE. Finding it ok and getting consistent losses each week

    Started following plan 11.4.14 at 12 stone 10 1/2lb and am down to 10.10 1/2 today My target is around 10 stones, so I have 1 more stone to go.
    Looking forward to encouraging others and getting some encouragement myself so I can reach my target

    I am doing SW on my own too just using the magazine and tips on here. How are you going? Im a bit well a lot fed up found out on fri im probably going to be made redundant at 50 and haven't got much pension or redundancy to come so very worried...been pigging out all weekend...that my broken foot nothing is going right just now

    Oh no! That's not what u need is it
    I posted on your food diary earlier as could see u were a bit down

    It's tough when u hit a crisis and get low. Try to keep positive. How did u end up with a broken foot?
    I'm doing ok but it's taken me about a year to finally get into the right frame of mind to slim down properly again but now I have my weight is going down at a good rate.
    Really hope u don't end up losing ur job and things start looking up for you.
