I am starting the JUDDD plan tomorrow after getting all of the necessary information and advice from the lovely people in this group
My start weight is 14 Stone 7lbs
Im not setting a goal weight as I will stop when I feel comfortable in myself
My plan will go as follows:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday- Down Days
Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday & Sunday- Up Days.
My calorie allowances are 424 on a DD and 2122 in general.
This plan fits in with me as I work shifts in a Hotel and I am determined to succeed whilst doing this!!
I have taken all of my measurements and will report back on inches lost too
Looking forward to getting started and I really think that I have finally found a plan that I can truly stick to!
