    Stefan - Still far way to go

    Today I was disappointed. REALLY !!! I went up 0.9lb. Back where I was two weeks ago. I know this is a long journey and like to pep talk others to hang-in there and see to the long term result. But I can tell you that I know the feeling of not succeeding every week, so I have to tell myself to ... Hang-in there ...

    OK, back on track. Weekend is over and it was a good one. A lot of outdoor activities, most in the city though.
    Yesterday I had my first DD day this week and on the menu was ..... "3 apples". Nothing more. I survived.

    Here comes an update on today's faster day even though it's not over yet. I still have to fall asleep and actually, that's one of the harder part for me. I can't stop thinking on tomorrows nice breakfast or lunch, or even worse ... dinner with that nice glass of red wine. Yammy.
    So how did today go. Quiet busy I can tell and the only thing I could get hold on was .... (drum roll) 1 Apple
    I still feel good though and x-ing fingers my Friday weight will reward me. That's all for now.

    Another disappointing weigh in day. I have gone up in weight by 1.1 lbs and this is the second week in a row. Strange, cause I was a good boy this week. Only ate apples on the DD and was quite active, not claiming any hard workouts or anything like it. On the UD I ate just normal food and stayed away from the sweet stuff. What was different was that I had my DD on Monday and Wednesday while I usually have them on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Could that make the explanation?
    Another thought comes around work situation. I don't have any since November last year and am desperately seeking one. Thoughts anyone??

    Stefan I don't think you're eating enough, if you don't eat your full quota of 600 cals on a fast day then your body will go into starvation mode and hold on to fat.

    How many calories do you eat on an up day? You should make sure you eat enough on those days too

    OK, Monday morning and I have to sort out my fasting days for the week. It has to be today and Wednesday as I might go for a job interview on Thursday and I don't want to spoil any chances if we are having lunch together or so. I think I'll take the opportunity to weigh in on Thursday morning this week to see if that works better. I love mean, I usually weigh the day after DD 2.

    Yesterday I had my first DD this week and I went back to previous meal. Pasta 100g + yellow pepper 120g + onion 30g + 10 shrimps. I felt good all day could sleep well all night. I hope this week will show some results.
