DD's can be tough and induce random cravings,

Thought it would be good to have a place to dump our cravings instead of eating them!! Don't necessarily need to end up eating the food tomorrow, just as long as we don't eat it today :)

So, tomorow I can have peanut butter and toast!!

Roast chicken, with skin on, all crispy and delicious. Mmmmm

And I'm going to try eggs fried in coconut oil - its apparently the new superfood (if you're a weird high fat low carb primal type eater like I am, that is....)

Ooooh what coconut oil are you using?

going out for indian tapas tomorrow night!! will need to try and pick not so bad stuff.

phoenyx...for the best health benefits make sure the coconut oil is cold pressed extra virgin, the other stuff doesnt contain medium chain tryglycerides which is the good stuff. The brand I have is nutiva...very creamy coconutty mmm

The England Rugby Team chef was frying their Chicken in coconut oil on the news yesterday, never heard of it being used in cooking which is naive of me  To me Coconut oi; came in a little glass jar that you used to fry yourself in the Sun !!!! This was in my teenage years I will add before the use of sunscreens took off, shudder to think of some of thge things I have done to my poor body .
