    DD's can be tough and induce random cravings,

    Thought it would be good to have a place to dump our cravings instead of eating them!! Don't necessarily need to end up eating the food tomorrow, just as long as we don't eat it today

    So, tomorow I can have peanut butter and toast!!

    Great idea ! What is strange though is that I find I don't ever actually eat what I am craving on my UP days?? Do you find that?
    Not craving anything as its an UP day for me, just made some Jubilee cupcakes and tasted a 'few' just to make sure and am completely stuffed until DVD with Hubby later and take away and sweeties God I love this diet xxx
