Morning all
A friend has pointed me in the direction of the juddd diet it sounds great , I've ordered the book which should arrive next week and I can't wait to read and get started !
I am a mum of 3 normally do Ww but I still have just under 2 stone to lose and want it gone ! Juddd sounds like it could be great for fitting in festive parties and social events .
For anyone who has lost 2 stone how long has it taken?
What's the best approach for me to take In regards to up and down days?
My weekends normally
Friday like some wine after tea
Saturday takeaway and more wine
Sunday nice roast dinner
So i guess from speaking to my friend I could pick 2 of those days as up days and have to give up one of them ?
Anyone manage a roast on a DD?
Also I am very much a family meal person as in I like to cook fresh meals and us all to eat together , I'm concious on DD I dont really want kids to think mummy isn't eating as that's not something I want them to think is ok.
Do you think it's still possible to sit and eat family meals on a DD
What I was thinking was maybe eat the protein and veg part of meals and not the carb part ?
I look forward to getting to know you all , never used this website before so shall read through some posts Aswell
