    Up Day Down Day Diet Diary

    So I'm on day 3 of the JUDDD plan and today is a down day and at the moment I'm absolutely starving! About to do a 20-minute workout, so hopefully I'll feel better after that.

    Ended up doing a 40-minute workout! My hunger is gone and I'm covered in sweat. So glad I did it as I always put things off. I can think about having my 200 calorie quorn cottage pie much later now and have even burned enough for a chocolate biscuit so I'm happy!

    Up day and yet I still feel a tad restricted today. I've 600 calories left and want a curry for tea tonight. Then cake. Then chocolate. Then maybe more ice cream? I have this need to completely binge. It's usually a problem when a new food shop is done and I just feel like eating whatever is there! Do I feel like working out? No not at all. Still got some laundry to put away and putting it off.
