New... again (again!)
I do a kettlebell class every monday, and I am currently using 8kg and 10kg weights. I have 5kg one at home but too light for me.
I want to get a DVD so I can do it at home, or an app so I can make up my own routine. I use the gym, but I've been lacking motivation to go and I don't like going when I don't know what to do!!
I use the kettlercise for women v2 at home, I have an 8kg and a 12kg now so I switch between them
