    February Challenge

    BusyMum usually sets up the monthly challenges, but doesn't seem to be around at the moment, and hope she will be back with us soon.

    Time to start the February challenge! Same rules apply as usual, the challenge will run from 1st to 28th February, all you need to do is pledge your weight loss for the month and weigh in day below. Anyone can join in whether you're on LT for the whole month or just for a couple of weeks.

    We all pledge an amount of pounds that we aim to lose in February.
    I'll update this first post with everyone's losses as we go along.
    You can join in at any time just pledge your weight loss and weigh day.
    Keep posting your losses even if you achieve your pledge early so we can see how well everyone has done at the end!

    98.4kg = 15st 7lbs but didn't last a week

    Journey 1 Lipotrim Started 22/10/2012 at 123.4kg (19st 7lbs) Target 65kgs (10st 3lbs) did 28 weeks 100% ending 29/4/13 weighing 74.4kg= 11st 10 and started 2 weeks refeeding weeks 29 & 30 finishing at 76.4kg = 12st Total loss: 49.4kg / 108.68lbs



    Started trouser size 24 (very tight and should really have been in 26's 22/10/2012)

    I would like to pledge 14lbs.
    It's my target, I have not been able to hit my target for January, however I hope to do better in February (God willing)
