Thread: Week 4 and gutted!

    Start BMI: 38.9
    Current BMI: 33.7
    Goal BMI: 28.2


    Statistics:
    Total Weight Loss: 2st4lb
    Weight to Lose: 2st6lb
    % Lost 13.28%

    Week 4 and gutted!

    Well I knew it would happen, been used to seeing being losses and now only 2 1b off this week. It's my TOTM this week, I felt like my body was going through the motions of coming on, bloated etc, but nothing. Can this diet affect you coming on? xx

    I've been the same for the last 2 weeks, thinking it was imminent due to the bloating...but nothing yet!!! Only 2 lbs off the week b4 then 1lb off last week! Grrrr! I want this blinking period to get on with it so I can lose weight!!

    Week seven+Eight (-8lbs) Much happier on Slim and Save!

    Exactly! Me too! I have a really bad headache today, which I often get just b4 I start, so I'm hoping that means it's getting on with it...we shall see! Hope yours gets its act together too!
