Hi all,

I've been on LipoTrim for 2 days now and I was wondering if anyone has any ideas to make the shakes and soup nicer? I find the soup too sweet and was thinking of adding paprika or something to make it taste a bit nicer but I'm unsure if this would be allowed
 
Hiya, welcome! I mix my vanilla with coffee to make a latte which is nice- I am pretty sure you can add pepper etc to soups. Some people mix the chocolate with cold mint tea to make a mint/choc shake x
 
I have heard some people say they add things like chili powder to the soup, but I've heard others say they've heard this isn't allowed - I'd say with these kind of word-of-mouth things, you should ask your pharmacist, just in case. You should be in ketosis in the next few days, it's be a shame o knock yourself out of it straightaway!
 
I've tried the coffee in the vanilla shake - its not brilliant but much more bareable, so thank you!

Forgot to say I add a sweetener in with the coffee- and only about 2/3rds of a teaspoon of coffee.. Tastes yuck too strong! Hope days are getting better for you. Hang in there... I started looking forward to my shakes after a while x
 
Hi, I was on Lipo for 12 weeks. All this time I used to add curry powder to my soup and toasted flapjacks aswell. It was ok for me. Hope its gonna help, Good luck:)
 
I called the pharmacy last night and they said not to add anything. I am worried that if I do I will no longer go into/be in ketosis
 
I would say the pharmacist doesn't always get it right- those of us who have lived on LT for extended periods of time, and have stayed in ketosis and lost weight are prob more in tune :) unless the pharmacist has done it himself.... Mine told me I couldn't have mint tea but on here and the official LT website, it is allowed.
 
Mine told me I could have sugar free mints but every other website states no to, not even breath spray (something else I was sold by the chemist)
