    First Day has beckoned!

    My first day back on the shakes today and I don't know whether to feel nervous or happy. Since the 19th Feb I just did my own healthy eating type diet and weighed in 2 days early as I like to start on a Monday. 9lb loss for me
    I'm going at this with full force and leaping straight in. Here's to a new slimmer me for summer :]
