    3rd day on lipotrim

    3rd DAY ON LIPOTRIM
    Hi all

    3rd day of lipotrim and had forgotten how hard this day is. I don't feel hungry just bored with not being able to eat, but that's just habit. Trying to keep myself busy and trying not to weigh myself as I want my first weigh in to be a surprise.

    I've started to walk twice a day as I'm currently on maternity leave. How is everyone else doing or do you have any advice on how to get past this first week.

    Well done on getting to your 3rd day...you sound like you are in ketosis already!

    Be sure to take before photos now as the weight comes off so fast that you will look different in a few weeks time even though you might not see it in yourself as it takes time for the old head to catch up and this is where photos help...also your body measurements as there will be weeks when the scales might not move or you record a low weight loss but you will find particularly in those weeks that what often happens is the inches seem to drop...Neck, bust, waist, hips, thighs, knees calves, ankles and upper arms.

    Make sure to drink your water throughout the day and not all at once and well done on the walking...I hope to be joining you soon...

    I found the weekend hard but glad I got through it. It was tough sitting watching my family eat a bbq and all I had was my strawberry shake lol, but got through it. The first week is the longest and the hardest. What day will your weigh in be on. I have my second weigh in this Wednesday. Hoping for at least 4lbs so I can say I've lost a stone. How much are you hoping to lose?

    Hi Hopefully, not sure but I think you're replying to me. It will be great if u lose another 4tomorrow. You will probably lose more by the sounds of it?? I would have thought? Will be great to hear how u got on. End of day 3 for me.. Going home to have the soup, I have to say I like all the sachets but Vanilla would be my least favourite if I had to choose. I weighed in at 12st13lb I'm aiming for 3 stone weightloss. I'm 5'4" in height.. Though I've felt great at 10.5stome in the past so will be happy just to get to that.. How are u feeling the night b42nd weigh in? U did this before with great success didn't you? Did you lose the same amount in the first week/s during your first Lipotrim? It's great to know that it can be equally successful or perhaps even more the 2nd time round.. Look forward to chatting some more with any of u guys. Am starving now... Surprisingly no headache today though. Have stuck rigidly...

    Hi curlylocks get really nervous and anxious before the big weigh in. I can't handle the soup. The vanilla is nice with coffee in it. I was exactly a stone heavier than yourself and my height is the same. The last night I lost 7lbs in my first week so losing 10lbs was great to hear! I never got any headaches and I think it was the water that helped with that. Yeah done it before and lost over 3 stone in 10 weeks. Will let u know how I get on tm

    Hi Hopefully how you getting on??? I m really disheartened... I have stuck to the lipotrim rules 100%
    I have 3 shakes a day, drink between 3.5-4 litres of water, some days might have a black coffee with 2 sweeter tablets...
    6 days have gone by and I have lost no weight
    On day 4 and 5 I started feeling light headed.
    Any advice

    I have 5 stones to loose

    HI hope your getting on well. You said you like the soup. How do you make the soup? Cause when I tried it didn't really like it... It will be nice to have soup instead on shakes

    Sorry only logged on! Hi goals, the soup is one thing I don't like. Have you had your weigh in yet. Day 4 and 5 are the worse so hopefully this has now passed. I also have 5 stone to lose. I go for my 3rd weigh in tm. So far I've lost a stone. Let me know how u got on with yours

    Hi Hopefully, how was your weigh in? Hope all went well.

    I had my 1st weigh in last Monday I lost almost 9 lbs well pleased with that.
    But I still feel and look the same, the cloth are still tight... I guess another few weeks.
    I have 5 stones to lose as well.

    Over what time frame are you expecting to lose the Stone?
