Heart palpitations

I get loads of heart palps on this diet, does anybody else find that?

I had them one day and was really worried, they did pass though and thankfully never returned. I would advise you speak to your pharmacist tomorrow if they continue

Yeah I do sometimes have increased heart rate but not palpitations.. you need to speak to your pharmacist urgently
