What can I wear to stop thighs rubbing together

Hi
I am going on holiday in two weeks time and would like to be able to wear my skirts without tights, but if I do this will mean that my thighs will rub together when I get hot and then I will get a sore rash. Thought about wearing some shorts under the skirt but haven't got any. Does anyone have any ideas? I know I can use Sudacream on such a rash but will have to wear tights to stop skin touching skin.
Thanks, Elaine.

Hey hun!!! In Evans they sell cotton shorts.... They're with all the underwear stuff and are really light weight!!! I wear them every now and then when i wear skirts!!! : )

I too have worn the shorts but actually found something better - Lanacane anti-chafing gel! Buy a tube of this and your thighs rubbing together won't form a rash as it leaves a protective silky smooth layer. I use this all the time in summer with dresses / skirts and no tights and it really works. You can get it at chemist or in supermarket.

Hi Girls, thanks for the advice, I think I will take the cream and the shorts on hols. I recently had a rash under my boobs and the nurse in work gave me sudacream and gauze strips to stop skin touching skin, it healed it up in a week, so maybe I can use the cream for this purpose as well. Am sooo excited to be going on holiday. Love, Elaine. oxo

I tried the cream and it didn't work well at all for me so i got some of those underwear shorts from Evans and they were magic!
I think it depends on how hot it is with the cream. I was walking around in Spain in temps of near on 100 degrees and i think that is probably why it was no good as it just sweated off!
