I'm in so much pain with my back, serious owwwwss! Heat patches, back exercises, gentle walking and difene n still in paincoffee n flapjack to cheer me up!
I feel your pain I was off work last August for 13 weeks was in so much pain with it tried reflexology and everything but through time it eased. Hope yours does as well

It's the worst ever, put ice on it that can really help
Eeeeee. Back pain can be horrible, just get lots of sleep, lots of water and a few painkillers if you're allowed them. xxx
