yes day 2 100%, i have to say my lt calendar is a MASSIVE help as i dont wanna mess up my clean gorgeous purple calendar with two ticks for 2 days at 100%, day3 gym done and feeling great had a sneak weigh in, monday i was 18st 2lbs and this morning i'm 17st 7 3/4lbsnow i am TERRIBLE at maths but thats a loss of 8lbs isnt it???

well i was tempted to get a dominos tonight felt rotten and had a fight with my bf over but he said 'i love you enough to say no' and read a post on here about food and how lucky we are to be on a diet that shows results so fast, so thankfully i didnt cheat and have finished day 3 100% even though my water intake wasnt great
