    Hey, Newbie with over 20 stone to lose



    Changed my mind about having the bypass to lose weight naturally calorie counting. On 1,800 calories a day at the moment and using MyNet Diary. I would prefer to do it myself with support from (hopefully) you girls and guys with my app than put myself through an operation where I'm forced to limit my intake rather than rely on my own will power. Not really put my mind to losing weight until the end of February when I looked into having the bypass. Scared me that much that I actually made my mind up. Never felt this strong willed either lol.

    but only because I'm slightly shy.

    Off to have my Highlights hot choc now.

    When you have a lot of weight to lose there are some issues that people with *just* a stone or two to lose don't suffer from and sometimes find it harder to understand. Don't get me wrong, it can be as hard for them as it is for us, but we're generally in it for quite a lot longer
