    11 stone to lose - I will do it!!!

    Hi All!!

    I'm 23 and weight over 23 stone, this has to change!

    I am loving this forum im am on here whenever i am off work and it helps me say occupied and determined.

    I have lost of weight before on Cambridge Diet and put it all plus more back on. Before i went off the rails i was below 13 stone, i still felt as fat as i do now but looking back i was the happiest i have ever been. I want to be happy again.

    I want to be able to walk without being out of breathe or in pain.
    I want to go on holiday without fear of not fitting in plane seabelts.
    I want to sit in cinema seats without wedging myself in.
    I want to go shopping in all stores not just online with plus size shopping ranges.
    I want to go out and have fun without being ashamed.
    I want to take pics with people i love without looking like i might eat them lol.

    AND ILL TELL YOU WHAT, I WILL DO ALL THAT!!!

    I will take time but at the end ill hopefully be happy

    Been very bored today, had half a powder shake his morning and then two bits of chicken... sometimes I think I could just eat nothing im that bored.

    Still going strong though, been thinking about going on holiday next year that's keeping me going

    2015 seems so far away but its almost june already. Crazyyy!!
