    Back With a Vengeance!

    Hello everyone!

    So, after a long year of ups and downs (many downs!), I have decided to hop back on that specially-reinforced wagon that is Slimming World!

    My main problem with losing weight, is that I get bored very easily and don't get much support from people, so I'm hoping that posting on here will open up a way of venting my frustrations and celebrating my achievements :-)

    It's been a good week this week, with a couple of slips (had 2 bags of wotsits on Tuesdays when I was already over my syn allowance). But overall, I stuck to everything very rigidly and managed to lose 3.5lbs in the process! I didn't get SotW, because someone lost .5lb more than me, but I got my 1/2st certificate!

    All in all: back of the net!

    I'm coming to you this week from the nearest rooftop!

    So, I was prepared for a loss because I had had a good week, however when I got on the scales and lost 3lbs, I was slightly disappointed. I said to the lady who weighs me, "do you mind if I take my shoes off?"...

    Turns out my shoes weigh 2lbs!

    So, I actually lost 5lbs, lost my first stone AND finally got Slimmer of the Week! Today is a day for celebration
