    that is really good advice thank you i always try to drink my water fast and end up with it going straight threw me, i will now drink much slower.

    I have heard that you can drink too much? Something to do with flushing to much salt out of your system?? Could this be true??

    This article has really made me think. I do like water but in my old job as a courier the deliveries were all timed, not having easy access to a toilet I'd really cut back on not just water but all drinks. I changed jobs 4 months ago so this is something to definitely work on!
