I'm embarking on a slow lifestyle change to paleo eating.
I have been transitions already however in an attempt to step up my plan I will log my meals here.
I plan for the next two weeks to allow one lazy/cheat day a week and two cheat meals for either lunch or dinner.
All breakfasts must be paleo.
I will limit my diet coke.habit to three glass a day.
No white sugar or flour.
After the two weeks I will evaluate my goals.
