    Stoptober

    Hi,
    Just wondered if anyone else is planning on doing Stoptober?
    I really want this to be my final quit, so hoping to have a buddy to join up with me for this process!
    I gave up for three months last year - can't even remember why i started again.
    The worse fear for me is dealing with the emotional downs that I had for the first three weeks, so trying to identify strategies for dealing with that.
    Hope that someone else will join me!

    Get halfway to goal 13st6lb (lose 3st6lb)
    get to 12st1lb to go from obese to overweight & a bmi under 30 (lose 4st11lb)
    get into the 11s for the first time in 10 years
