    Just wondered if anyone else is planning on doing Stoptober?
    I really want this to be my final quit, so hoping to have a buddy to join up with me for this process!
    I gave up for three months last year - can't even remember why i started again.
    The worse fear for me is dealing with the emotional downs that I had for the first three weeks, so trying to identify strategies for dealing with that.
    Hope that someone else will join me!

    05/11/14-16st4lb - put on 1lb (great start to the month lol)
    12/11/14-16st1lb - lost 3lb (technically 2lb coz of the 1lb I put on)
    19/11/14-16st3lb - put on 2lb (to be expected after a crap week)

    mini goals:
    Lose 1/2 a stone (16st5lb) 01/10/14
    lose 12 pounds (16st)
    lose 1 stone (15st12lb)
    lose 2 stone (14st12lb)
    lose 3 stone (13st12lb)
    lose 3 stone 6 pounds (half way - 13st6lb)
    lose 4 stone (12st12lb)
    lose 4 stone 11 pounds (obese to overweight bmi - 12st1lb)
    lose 5 stone (11st12lb)
    lose 6 stone (10st12lb)
    hit target of 10st
