    Mustard

    Hi, I have just been to ASDA and bought a bottle of mustard.

    I plan to have a small tsp tomorrow when I am on day 3, am I allowed mustard or is it just the powder?

    Please somebody help me out, cheers

    I started Lighter Life on 21st February 2011 at 16st 1lb and completed Route to Management weighing in at 12st 3lbs at the end of August.

    I've struggled with maintaining and put on 8lbs so am now determined to get down to 12st.

    I haven't actually touched the mustard yet! Lol

    It's in a squirty bottle and it says 'sugar' in the ingrediants. So I don't know what to do.

    I might ask my LLC on thursday

    Im glad you said! I put abit on my tuna yesterday and it was too strong!

    Extra light mayo? Low fat dips? Salad dressings fat free? Ok? Hopefully.
