Day 1

If anyone has seen my previous posts you would have seen that I didnt know what diet to do. After much deliberation I have started Slim and Save today...:bliss:

Let the torture begin. My stomach thinks my throat has been cut. Well its not really that bad.

Slim and save is good as well as the abundance of flavours. I thought it was nice that they sent you the essentials for weigh loss a tape measure and a sheet to record it on.

I found today good. I thought it would be alot harder to cut down the food I eat. It was bareable.

Today I have had Choc Shake, Chilli Con Carne, lemon & yogurt bar and chicken & veg.

I could only manage 2.5L water but will aim to do better tomorrow

Did I do ok? Or any tips on what I could do better?

Some people might think this silly bit on Sunday for a little extra kick in the bum I dug out a pile of old pictures of when I was thinner and put them on my room door. Along with a graph so I can plot my progress. Its very pretty filled with butterflies, sequence and pink.

Has anyone else got any motivational things that they do?

Hey, i just started today aswell. Your post made me look a little guiltily in the direction of my water bottle. I'd better go fill that up. Good luck with the diet, this bits the hard bit.
 
So day 2 wasn’t as bad as day 1.

I had a bar in the morning because I don’t find myself that hungry in the morning. It was great company this morning for missing my bus lol.

I had cottage pie for lunch. It looks awful. Like a bowl of barf but it doesn’t taste that bad. Thank God. I was working late last night so had a shake at half 5 to keep me going til I got home at half 7.

I found drinking water easier today. I managed 3.5L. There is one thing I can’t get used to and that is going to the toilet so much. I am starting to swish when I walk there is that much fluid in my body.

For my meal I had some veg and fish, it was lovely put a few herbs on my fish. Mouth is watering thinking about it.

I was having a wee thought to myself. Is the 3 shakes, veg & meat better than the 4 shakes. I think I might go for the 4 shakes to completely take me out of the way of temptation.
What do you think?
 
I do 4 packs and find it easy weight loss is great too. Well done your doing great so far keep it going
 
The loo visits get less as your body gets used to the water.. Well done on completing 2 days. X
