    Munchbunch's diary !

    So to anyone reading this I'm new to this section iv been on lipotrim previously but I gained some although not all the weight back .....
    Iv been reading up and posting in wrong sections of this forum all ready be getting myself kicked out already lol .


    So Today I received my samples so going to try the shakes and bars the choc one (bar) is tiny O_o is My first thoughts .

    So I'm not starting 100% as yet I'm just trying one a day to see if they suit me get used to the taste etc . I plan on alternating between 3 products and a protein meal and 4 products .

    My current weight is 15 stone 10lb I'm 5ft 2

    It mayb be the end of next week when I actually start properly ... But I will post in here again .

    Thanks to everyone who's answered my questions do far .

    Hi hun welcome to the forum, ur story reminds me of me!!! I did lipotrim then put weight bk on, I was also 15.10 starting and I'm just Abit smaller than you I'm 5.0 lol
    The bars yeah there quite small lol but once ur in ketosis it's enough to fill you up from day one I've had one for my dinner and can't get out f the habit I love them though lol
    You will find your own ways as you go along, what you like and dont and when u prefer to have what.

    i was just having a nosy at yours stats and 30lb in 8 weeks thats fantastic !!! well done hope i achieve this its great

    are you doing 3 packs a day and a meal ?

    Im thinking i will do

    a shake in the morning
    bar for lunch
    fish/chicken tea
    shake again

    swooping my dinner and tea .............mayb even alternate the 3 a day pack 4 a day pack .

    Im really looking forward to starting and seeing the results .

    Mainly i do 3 packs and a meal, I couldnt of done 4 packs at first but then after about 5 weeks I got sick of protein veg and salad so started 4 packs, now I just mix it up wot ever I feel like on the day. stick at it hun the losses are very rewarding xxx

    Yeah it's makes a huge difference that meal, I couldn't of got through the first month without it! And I do not know how I did LT for 8 weeks lol

    Just making another post in my diary I havnt yet started the plan but weighed myself and I'm 15 5lb my last post I believe I was 15 10lb

    Iv been unwell for a few weeks cant seem to shift it , nothing like a bit of stress to shed the lbs
    I'm hopeing and praying next week i feel a bit better so I can start the plan I don't want the challenge of feeling like crap to start off with alongside with the plan , coz I know I will fail feeling the way I do .

    On the upside 5lb less to loose :0)

    Hope everyone is well can't wait to start feels like iv been waiting forever !!!!!

    I couldn't believe how nice it is I saved half for later on I think next week midweek mayb fingers crossed .

    I will order a few weeks if that's possible to stock up on monday and start Wednesday I think .
