Sun 27th April starting this plan, my diary to write my feelings and process everyday. Did nearly 3 weeks on lifestyle but was over eating so will try the 4 meal packs instead, what to lose 3 stone.
Had choc shake, water a coffee and tea. About to start hours of ironing, washing and housework how exciting not lol. Will log my day this evening. Good luck to everyone on your VLCD journey .
