Back here again! Must have been nearly a year since I last posted...
Well I'm still nowhere near my starting weight of over 15 stone. I hovered around the 12st mark for what felt like a lifetime occasionally dropping to 11 and a half then back up again. I decided I just couldn't do s&s anymore so gave up. I did however start the gym. I've been going now for 6 months and I've toned up quite a lot, I have a pretty hardcore gym routine in place going at least 5 times a week. Now I know I've gained muscle but I just can't get my diet right! I've felt like I'm gaining weight like crazy and just feel like crap.
So I weighed myself for the first time since stopping s&s... 12st7!! I'm back in the overweight category and feel like my hard work in the gym has done me no favours because I can't keep crap out of my gob!
I feel like I've got to give s&s one final go. It worked for me getting me to a healthy BMI the first time, it can work for me again. I'm not setting myself a long term goal because I don't seem to achieve them when I do. Instead as the title says, just one day at a time. If I can complete one day, that's one step closer. I'm not looking at how far away I am because that messed me up last time.
So it starts again tomorrow, I'm weirdly looking forward to it xx
