So im back again! Did Cambridge in 2012 getting down to 10st from 13.2 but am gutted that I'm back up to 12.6 again . I've been fadding around jumping from one thing to another without success so have decided to jump back on to a VCLD as I know it works and I know I can do it - once I'm over the initial bit!
I'm planning to start on Thursday and my first target is 7 weeks when I am away for 4 days so hopefully I could be around 2 stone off by then.
Thought I'd post on here but I can't quite remember how it works so will see where this ends up!!
